I am a multidisciplinary artist and photographer drawn to the interplay of light, form, and human experience. My work is rooted in a classical fine art background, and that foundation continues to shape how I see—whether I’m behind a camera, at an easel, or working with fiber.

Photography allows me to respond quickly and intuitively to the world around me. I am especially interested in fleeting moments—expressions, gestures, shifts in light—that reveal something deeper beneath the surface. My work spans nature, portrait, street, landscape, and travel photography, each offering a different way to explore presence, atmosphere, and narrative.

My training in painting and drawing strongly influences how I compose an image. I think in terms of composition, value, texture, and color relationships, often approaching a photograph as I would a painting. At the same time, my experience in fiber arts has deepened my sensitivity to texture, rhythm, and detail—elements that continue to inform my visual language.

Through my photography, I aim not just to document what I see, but to interpret it. I am interested in the overlooked, the transitional, and the quietly expressive moments that invite us to pause and look more closely.

My work is an ongoing exploration—of place, of people, and of perception itself.
